This is nothing new to Alexander since he has been on the sex offender registry since 1996.  He seemed to be  brazen about bringing girls to his NYC apartment at all times of the day with men coming and going as they please. His neighbors were all aware of this activity and actually confronted Alexander at one point.

Some questions come to my mind:

If neighbors reported Alexander's activity to authorities AND he was on the sex registry list, what took so long to arrest him?

Who was Paul Alexander's clients that were chartering his flights? Were there girls on these flights? where are the flight logs?

Did the police gather the names of the people that were coming in and out of his NYC apartment?

Alexander was also fond of scouting out high schools looking for young girls to recruit..

This is a case to follow.
