First off... the time frame..20 years...1990-2010

" an organized effort"
"there are others out there who may have been victimized and may have been intimidated or threatened into silence"

And then add to these statements ...this snippet....

This may be the reason the Utah County Sheriff's Office went public.....to keep the Attorney's Office honest and prevent them from sweeping things under the rug.
A lot going on in the world, but all eyes should be keeping an eye on this case.

The news article I'm reading says that Rossi posted a 151 page Utah Report on the initial allegations against Leavitt "on his website", meaning Rossi's website. Do ya'll have this? I can't find after a prelim search.
