Cassidy Rainwater: How Norton and Phelps Connect

 Ever since this story came upon our radar, we knew we had to keep tabs on it. Anyone who thinks Cassidy was Norton and Phelps's first time is a fool. These two have been active for a long time. No shocker that 12-14 year old girls were of "special interest" to these two men.

But because it's in the Ozarks, in a rural area, media not really covering the story like they should. The only person covering this story properly is a woman who runs a local news blog covering the area.
