Civilian army leader in child porn ring

This case was back in 2016-17, but they are reviewing records because:

“records reviewed by the AP show that the U.S. Army and the state of Arizona missed or ignored multiple red flags over more than a decade, which allowed Frodsham to allegedly abuse his adopted son and other children for years, all the while putting national security at risk.“

Of course , ignored the signs and gave him promotions, while placing him in one of the most sensitive army bases in the United States….

Two other men were arrested with Frodsham, but the case still remains open because other men were involved.

From the article:

Frodsham, former Sgt. Randall Bischak and a third man not associated with the Army are all serving prison terms for the roles they played in the child sex abuse ring. But the investigation is continuing because Sierra Vista police believe additional men took part.”

So three men were sent to jail back in 2016… and they still haven’t been able to locate the “ additional men”?

My guess….since it has taken this long, they must be pretty prominent people.

Also there are multiple lawsuits in play against the State of Arizona and the child care system… There have been other pedophile rings that used  foster care as a breeding ground…. Jimmy Savile , Franklin case in Nebraska..etc

According to one of the lawsuit claims:

“David Frodsham utilized the State of Arizona and the foster care system to funnel innocent, vulnerable children into his home, so he could run a pedophile ring.”

The youth, named John Doe in the suit, was about 5 years old when he was placed with the Frodshams, where he was a victim of sex trafficking, used for the creation of pornography, and was sexually and physically abused for 12 years.”

I’m sure this goes much deeper than what was originally reported

  1. Sierra Vista is less than an hour from Mexico. I was living there when this went down. It's a stain on a beautiful community.
