Feds seek halt to civil lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell

To continue "would adversely affect" the criminal prosecution, they argued.

It seems like we just went over this the other day.....oh that's right.....we did.

So now the Prosecutors want to halt a civil lawsuit, because it would "adversely affect" Maxwell's prosecution. 

What are prosecutors so desperate to hide? You know where the BITZ stand on this point. We are pretty sure it's Operation Leapyear information.

Let's just take a peek into this article and look at some highlights......

"Such witnesses may be forced to testify about any efforts to assist the criminal investigation and prosecution, and may thereby expose facts about the investigation ... and could potentially expose witnesses and/or their families to harassment," the government's letter states. "Moreover, permitting any discovery to proceed in this lawsuit would enable Maxwell to seek a preview of trial testimony in the criminal case, and would afford her with a broader array of discovery than she is entitled to in the criminal case."

 Look closely at the paragraph....the keywords and phrases. "Permitting any discovery"......"...afford her a broader array of discovery...."

The BITZ mentioned this on the Quitefrankly podcast when Maxwell was first arrested, that things were going to get interesting once motions started to get filed....and to pay attention.

In our September 8th post.....we said that Government had to hand everything over in the DISCOVERY PROCESS. And it appeared that Maxwell Legal team is using this to their benefit. The Prosecutors are desperately trying to hide information....it's as clear as day now. How bad is it getting? Let's peak again inside the article.......

So in an effort to keep information secret, the government..a.k.a..the Prosecutors have "aligned" themselves  with Maxwell on the civil suit.....the same Maxwell they are trying to prosecute criminally. Makes total sense right??

The BITZ knew things would get wild once the motions started flying. We didn't know it would get down right hysterical..lol.
