There are certain statistics we have brought up multiple times on his show. 50% percent of pedophiles will have molested their first victim by age 15. Over 90% will have molested 1 or more victims by the age of 20.
The leader of the ring is 39 years old. As mentioned in the above articles, his crimes go back 25 years. This means he started when he was 14-15 years old. The age of when he started his abuse should not shock people. This is a perfect example of the statistics we've mentioned. It is not an aberration, it is the norm. What kind of abuse did this man go through to get him started down his own path of child rape. Who knows? Always remember, pedophiles are not born that way, they are MADE that way. Also, some of his victims, were infants. Babies. Not years old, but months old. It is horrific. But sadly, this kind of abuse against infants is not uncommon.
Now the arrest of this man and others in this sex ring comes on the heels of arrests made during Operation Arkstone, which has been going for at least several months or longer in Australia.
Our question is this: How did Operation Arkstone get started? What was the case that kicked the whole operation into gear?

A tip from the United States. From the National Centre For Missing and Exploited Children. What information did NCMEC receive? How did they find out about what was going on in Australia?
Maybe Operation Arkstone is larger in scope than it appears.
